This is an exciting role which will contribute to the development and delivery of the Commercial Group Partners' business plan. Acting as a key business partner and advisor to the Managing Directors you will be required to provide financial management in the delivery of development, growth, efficiencies, operations, service quality and risk management. You will manage a team of four day-to-day, but also assist the MD's to evaluate new growth and business opportunities.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant who has strong experience in a business partnering capacity. Having the adaptability and confidence to challenge senior management is key, whilst maintaining the diverse relationships throughout the business is an integral part of this role. You will be a focused and articulate individual who wants to have a big impact on a growing business.
